On July 6th, 2019, Colby Singletary was in a tragic accident that took his life. Colby was 18 years old and was going into his Senior year. He was a 2x State Champ in Wrestling and a Star Football player for Palmetto Ridge High School. He was also the 2017 Southwest Florida Wrestler of the Year, 2018 Wrestler of the Year & 2018 Male Athlete of the Year. He had offers to play D1 Football or Wrestle.

To keep Colby’s educational dreams alive, the Family has set up a Scholarship Fund. Scholarships will be awarded each year to (2) Collier County Public High School Student-Athletes, 1 girl & 1 boy, to financially help continue their dreams of furthering their education. You may make a donation on the Scholarship page or email Niki at ColbysScholarshipFund@gmail.com. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Colby Singletary Scholarship Fund, which is a 501c3 Corporation.

Colby Singletary Scholarship
This fund gives a student-athlete the opportunity to obtain an education scholarship. The fundraising event was held on August 3rd at the Florida Sports Park. Donations were greatly appreciated and will still be accepted under the “Scholarship” page, we thank you all in advance and hope to make an impact on an athlete’s life, in honor of Colby.
